Council Meeting Requests to Speak
If you wish to address the Council, please download a speaker card (English | Spanish). Completed speaker cards are to be given to the Assistant City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may send your comments prior to the meeting to the City Clerk’s office at cityclerk@atwater.org. For translation or disability accommodations, please contact the City Clerk’s office at (209) 357-6241 or send an email to cityclerk@atwater.org.
Meetings will be conducted in a hybrid model with both in-person and virtual attendance.
