December 17th from 
9AM-10AM we will be testing the signal operation of the 
traffic signal at Bell Lane and Commercial Driveway (near southbound 99 on/off Ramp).
The traffic signal will go from a Flashing Red operation to Red, Yellow, Green Operation.
