In an effort to limit the spread of the Coronavirus and maintain the safety of our customers and staff, the City of Atwater will be shutting down the finance and general services counters to the public.
The City is encouraging the following Utility Payment options:
- Paying online at www.atwater.org
- Using the drop box outside City Hall (check, cashier’s check or money order, no cash please)
- Mailing payments (check, cashier’s check or money order, no cash, please.
