The City of Atwater will begin construction activities on Fruitland Avenue between Orchard Park Avenue and Capitola Avenue beginning 7/8/24 and finishing in early spring. Work will include the installation of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drain facilities, water services, street lighting, and roadway reconstruction. Please be aware of altered traffic conditions as well as traffic control flaggers in the project area.
