The City of Atwater offers excellent locations for all types of businesses and investment.
The City has considerable available real estate. There are various in-fill opportunities along Bellevue Road as well as the Downtown Corridor, consisting of Atwater Boulevard and Broadway. New development can be readily accommodated in the Applegate Business Park and Atwater Business Park.

Atwater now has sufficient land designated in the General Plan to accommodate uses up to 2020.
